Strategic Vision gave tops honors to Land Rover in their 20th annual Total Quality Index study, which measures over 155 aspects of a customer’s experience with a brand.
The study factors in all positive and negative experiences, including aspects such as reliability and driving excitement, and creates an aggregate of all those experiences for the Total Quality Index.
“It is gratifying for Land Rover to be recognized as the best luxury brand in 2015 by Strategic Vision,” said Joe Eberhardt, President CEO of Jaguar Land Rover North America. “This accolade is a testament to the performance and overall quality of our Land Rover vehicles and the brand as a whole.”
Land Rover has also been setting brand sales records, with six consecutive months of new U.S. sales records, and an all-time annual record last year of 51,465 vehicles. For 2016, Land Rover is planning on introducing new powertrains, upgraded infotainment systems and new driver assistance features across its entire range.
Standard on all new Land Rover models will be InControl Remote & Protect with Land Rover InControl Apps. These driver assistance features include hands-free access to the tailgate, automatic access height, lane keeping aid, autonomous emergency braking, driver condition monitoring, heads up display and surround camera.
